Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	It's a picture of Jovian so that people viewing the article will know what he looked like.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	It could probably be served with a free illustration, but I got permission from the Duke Lemur Center to use this image.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	Jovian's page doesn't currently have any pictures of him and I don't plan to add any more, aside from this one.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	I emailed the Director of Communications at the Duke Lemur Center asking for permission to use this file for Jovian's article and she said I could, and to please credit the photographer, David Haring (which I did in the image description). Please let me know if I should forward that email to someone at Wikipedia.
