View westward, towards Reading and the West; ex-GWR Paddington to the West main line. This train, which left Swansea at 06.30, was due into Paddington at 10.55. THe locomotive is 'Castle' 4-6-0 No. 5066 'Sir Felix Pole' (built 7/37 as 'Wardour Castle', renamed 4/56 on the death of the former (1921-29) General Manager of the GWR, withdrawn 9/62.
