English: Greatstone-on-Sea Halt railway station, 1973 The station lay on the line from Appledore to New Romney. It was opened on 4 July 1937 and closed on 6 March 1967. It was built on a new alignment to handle an expected influx of traffic from the new Maddieson holiday camp, hotels and residential development but this did not materialise as holidaymakers were more likely to use the two Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway stations nearby.
This is now the location of TR0722 : Car Park, Greatstone Primary School.
