Español: este monumento se encuentra en la universidad pedagógica y tecnológica de Colombia
se trata de una leyenda mas o menos así La Leyenda de Goranchacha el profeta. Goranchacha era hijo del sol y de una doncella de Guachetá; al cumplir 24 años pasó a Ramiriquí y Sogamoso en donde fué recibido como hijo del sol. Recorrió las tierras chibchas recordando las enseñanzas de Bochica, la obligación de adorar a los dioses, venerar a los caciques, guardar la paz, etc. Cuando tuvo conocimiento del castigo brutal que hizo el cacique de Ramiriquí a uno de sus súbditos, le dió muerte, se apoderó del cacicazgo y se radicó en Hunza en donde ejerció el primer gobierno dictatorial. Hizo edificar un templo al sol con grandes piedras traídas de diversas regiones; este templo se hizo en el lugar que hoy ocupa la Universidad en Tunja. Según la tradición, Goranchacha profetizó la venida de una raza extraña, la cual esclavizaría al pueblo chibcha por haber olvidado las enseñanzas de Bochica.
