«Прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, на всю поверхность которого распространена композиция из герба муниципального образования с заменой геральдических золота, серебра и лазури соответственно жёлтым, белым и голубым цветами».

Описание герба: «В рассечённом зелёном и лазоревом поле золотая птица феникс с высоко воздетыми крыльями, головой обращённой вправо, держащая в лапах два золотых колоса, положенных накрест, и сопровождаемая сверху, промеж крыльев, серебряным безантом, в который вписаны две положенные в стропило опрокинутые равнобедренные лазоревые трапеции (при этом трапеция справа длиннее), промеж которых снизу расположен лазоревый равносторонний треугольник».
