Source The original of this diagram was rather crude and hand-drawn. It was uploaded by Jdpipe who listed the author as John Pye. I used Microsoft's Paint program to faithfully redraw the diagram (as exactly as possible) so as to make it more presentable and legible as well as to change the height and width of the diagram to fit an article page better. I am retaining the same license as originally used by Jdpipe, namely cc-by-sa-2.5 - mbeychok 04:57, 26 May 2007 (UTC)
