Summary

Description Plan of entire Spruce Tree House from above, cut from a laser scan. Spruce Tree House measures 66m (216ft) in width and is 27m (89ft) deep. The sandstone masonry/adobe mortar structures here, and at most of the other cliff dwellings, show no standardized central plan. Rather, they are adapted to the individual topography of each location.
