Hablando de dilapidar herencias: Al preguntársele qué pensaba de las reformas en materia energética que PRI-PAN pretenden imponer a Pemex, Cuauhtémoc dio una declaración muy rara: "He escuchado declaraciones de altos funcionarios del gobierno federal en el sentido de que no se privatizará Pemex así que no creo que pase. Estoy de acuerdo con que pueda haber inversiones privadas para su modernización". Quien fuera candidato presidencial de la Izquierda y Jefe de Gobierno del Distrito Federal, hijo de Lázaro Cárdenas y líder moral del PRD, ahora confía ciégamente en la buena fe y la palabra de los altos funcionarios priistas.

Seguramente esto es sintomático del vacío de ideales que ha afectado al partido del sol en los últimos meses.
