The four-story building is the Evans Hotel, at 1354 27th Ave, built in 1913. The low building to its left, with "Crackers & Caviar" on the window, is the C. J. Garlow Building at 2710 13th St., built ca. 1927. The building at the left edge of the picture is the former Boyd & Son Tin Shop, at 2712 13th St, built ca. 1914. The first two buildings are contributing properties in the Historic District; the last is a non-contributing property. |
