Summary edit

This is a screen shot of a web movie taken by Sing Tao of the press arranged encounter between Roger Chan (The Bus Uncle) and Elvis Ho (the other person involved in the incident). (Source: [1]) The purpose of this screenshot is to illustrate the media circus surrounding what seemed to be a simple video on YouTube.

The shot shows Elvis Ho shooing the reporters and Chan out of his office, the subtitle reads, "All you reporters, leave and hand me your cards!" Chan is in to the left of the picture facing Ho.

Fair use edit

It is believed that the usage of the image in Wikipedia constitutes fair use because:

  1. It illustrates an incident related to a greater event which has happened a year ago. That particular still shows how Ho is angered by the press.
  2. No free equivalent exists. All images are taken by the reporters, and the copyright belongs to the newspapers they work with.
  3. The image is of significantly low resolution.
  4. It does not hinder Sing Tao's ability to market their newspapers.
