Original historic description: Zentralbild-Wotin-Me-Fr-2.5.1960 Mais-Musketiere der MTS "Vorwerk" 50 Doppelzentner mehr vom Hektar-Im Wettbewerb der Jugendbrigaden im vergangen Jahr wurden sie mit dem "Goldenen Traktor" ausgezeichnet.Kaum erschien der Schafstädter Aufruf,waren sie sich einig: Wir sind mit dabei.Auf 12 Prozent der Ackerfläche wird Mais angebaut,den sie von der Aussaat bis zum Silieren in persönliche Pflege nehmen.Statt der vorgesehenen 50 dz Silomais wollen sie 550 dz pro Hektar ernten.Von einem Hektar Grünmais haben sie sich vorgenommen, 350dz zu ernten.Auf normalen Flächen legen sie den Mais in Auswertung der Manukowski-Methode im Quadratnestverband aus.Auf den hügeligen Feldern legen sie den Mais in Reihen aus und bearbeiten ihn quer,um auch hier durch das Quadratverfahren zu hohen Hektarerträgen zu kommen.UBZ: Die Mais-Musketiere der MTS "Vorwerk" Bezirk Neubrandenburg(v.l.n.r.)
