Description This is the logo of Boller and Chivens, an American manufacturer of telescopes and astronomical cameras that was founded by Harry B. Boller and Clyde C. Chivens in South Pasadena, California, about 1946 and became part of the Perkin-Elmer company in 1965. Boller and Chivens was noted for manufacturing the Baker-Nunn camera used by the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory to track artificial space satellites.
