Fair Use of Image edit

This image is being used to for the purposes of identification on the page Baltimore & Annapolis Railroad. Such use is allowable as fair use under the law and under Wikipedia policy.

NOTICE: July 21, 2011 - This image is roughly 50% of an image that I created in 2001 for my web pages on the Baltimore and Annnapols, the Norh Shore Line. The rual graphic from which it came may be seen in Wikimedia Commons under User Name "MikeCalo". I object to the use of the image under the "Fair Use Doctrine" I have not uuploaded the solo logo but will soon. That one is a stand-alone image like the one shown below.
