Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. The image of the DVD cover is used as the primary and only means of visual identification for the DVD, which is the main subject of the article.
2. The fairly low resolution of the image makes it ill-suited for use in the potential production of illegal copies of the DVD.
3. The image is not used in such a way that a reader can convincingly be confused into believing that the article is written or authorized by the owner of the DVD cover.
4. The image is not replaceable with an uncopyrighted or freely copyrighted image.

This image is the cover of a videotape, DVD, Blu-ray, etc. and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher of the video or the studio which produced the video in question. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of video covers to illustrate the videotape or disc in question on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation, qualifies as fair use under the Copyright law of the United States.
