Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	Logo will only be shown once. It's of value, since the publisher has a logo they show in multiple places throughout the web. The logo shows an antelope, which may have significant meaning, just like with white nationalist VDare's logo displaying a doe referencing Virginia Dare.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The use of a low resolution image of an organization's logo in the article about that organization will not impact the commercial viability of the logo.
