English: The Amnesty for Polish citizens in the Soviet Union was issued by the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet on 12 August 1941 as a result of Sikorski–Mayski agreement with the Polish government-in-exile. In this photograph, the NKVD release document from the Gulag for Władysław Błażków and members of his family.
