1. It is a low resolution copy of a CD track title (the "title" of the work is the actual graphical pattern in the image file).
2. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell albums including this composition in any way.
3. Copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork on another CD, due to its low resolution.
4. The image is itself represents a topic covered in the article.
