Опис: "Прапор ЛКСМУ являє собою прямокутне червоне полотнище ширина якого співвідноситься із довжиною як 1:2, в центрі якого зображення емблеми ЛКСМУ, над емблемою напис "За права молоді, народовладдя, соціалізм!", а під емблемою назва Спілки "Ленінська Комуністична Спілка Молоді України", обидва написи виконані золотими літерами.
