The Dubai National Industries Park (NIP), formerly known as Dubai Techno Park (DTP),[1] is an industrial park in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.[2] It is a UAE free zone and was established in 2002.[3] It is a part of DP World Dubai and covers 21 square kilometres.[4]

The purpose of DTP was to make the commercial development of technology.[5] The whole development covers an area of 21,000,000 square metres (230,000,000 sq ft) of land, about 30% of which is open space areas.[6] NIP is an industrial complex, located in Dubai's industrial zone Jebel Ali Industrial Area.[7][8][9]
