Brian Urdiales is an American realtor, business owner, and a candidate for the Colorado House of Representatives from the 63rd district, which includes all or part of Logan County, Morgan County, Phillips County, Sedgwick County, Washington County, Weld County, and Yuma County, including the communities of Sterling, Colorado, Fort Morgan, Colorado, Brush, Colorado, Yuma, Colorado, and Wray, Colorado.
Background
editBrian Urdiales is a lifelong resident of Fort Morgan, Colorado. He graduated from Fort Morgan High School and went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Economics at Colorado State University, where he was also a member of the Farmhouse Fraternity.
In 2003, Urdiales joined his father at the Urdiales Group, a real estate firm. He later took over the business and continues to serve as its owner and principal realtor.
From 2011 to 2021, Urdiales was appointed as the Federal Political Coordinator to U.S. Senator Cory Gardner, actively advocating for the expansion of the real estate market and the rights of landowners. He has been a significant figure in the Colorado Association of Realtors, serving on the Legislative Politics Committee from 2011 to 2023 and chairing both the Land and Government Affairs Committees.
Urdiales often describes himself as "a dad, a small business owner, and a proud lifelong Fort Morgan resident committed to preserving conservative rural values."
