Davi Samuel Alcolumbre Tobelem (born 19 June 1977) is a Brazilian politician. He is currently the President of the Senate of Brazil[1] and has been a Senator, representing the state of Amapá, since 2015. Before that, he was a Congressman from the same state from 2003 to 2015. He is a member of the Democrats.[2] Alcolumbre is the first Jewish lawmaker to hold both the presidencies of the Federal Senate and of the National Congress of Brazil.
