Central District (Khomeyni Shahr County)

The Central District of Khomeyni Shahr County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان خميني شهر) is in Isfahan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Khomeyni Shahr.[3]

At the National Census in 2006, its population was 282,888 in 75,305 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 311,629 people in 90,735 households.[5] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 319,727 inhabitants in 98,269 households.[2]
