Shouldn't this be "water management authorities in the USA" since the majority of links are to US authorities?

Good point. I suggest to categorize institutions from other countries in categories specific to each country. In addition, there should be a distinction between authorities that have different functions:water supply and sewerage; bulk water supply; irrigation; and water resources management.--Mschiffler (talk) 00:48, 4 January 2009 (UTC)Reply
