Not all toy companies are toy manufacturers edit
I am not sure that this should be a subcat of "Manufacturers of the United States". Toys R Us, for example, is not a manufacturer, but is (presumably rightly) categorized as a toy company of the united states, and also a retail company of the united states. However, removing the category would probably decategorize a lot of toy manufacturers of the United States unnecessarily.
Proposal:
Rename this category to Toy Manufacturers of the United States. Redesignate any company here that is not a manufacturer and place in existing category Toy Companies of the United States. Or possibly, create new cat Toy Retailers of the United States, as subcat of Toy Companies of the US and Retailers of the US, and recat those to that.
