NADH dehydrogenase [ubiquinone] 1 alpha subcomplex assembly factor 3 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the NDUFAF3 gene.[5][6][7]

This gene encodes a nuclear protein of unknown function. The similar rat nuclear protein is predominantly expressed in testis. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.[7]
