Blue LoLãn (/ˈllɔːn/ LOH-lawn), also known as Blu, is an American artist,[1] animal activist,[2] director, cinematographer,[3][4] model, actress, musician, editor, animator, graphic designer, and photographer.[5][6][7]

Life and work edit

LoLãn starred in her first role in a Tom Petty music video with Luke Wilson and Robin Tunney. She has worked with directors Paul Thomas Anderson and John Hilcoat.[3]

LoLãn has worked on videos for Apple, Facebook, and Pharrell.[8]

LoLãn also performs as character Cindy Savalas, singing Italo disco, pop, shoegaze, and acting as Cindy, with vocals on the album, Memories of Cindy, and a Solo Album titled I'm Cindy.[9][10][11][12][13][14][15]

LoLãn has been featured in magazines such as Elle Girl,[16][17][18] Honey,[19] Uniqlo’s first ever LifeWear Magazine,[4] and more.[20][21][22][23]

LoLãn is an animal activist, who has rescued several wild animals, such as deer, and is creating a documentary about it.[2]

A campaign LoLãn directed in 2019 was nominated for a Webby Award.[24]
