Alano di Piave is a comune (municipality) in the province of Belluno in the Italian region of Veneto, located about 60 kilometres (37 mi) northwest of Venice and about 35 kilometres (22 mi) southwest of Belluno. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,886 and an area of 36.4 square kilometres (14.1 sq mi).[3]
