edit- District 2: Richard Onishi is retiring.[4]
- District 20: Bertrand Kobayashi is retiring.[5]
- District 23: Scott Nishimoto is retiring to run for Honolulu City Council.[6]
- District 45: Cedric Gates is retiring to run for State Senate.[7]
In addition, on July 11, 2024, Representative Mark Nakashima unexpectedly passed away, leaving the District 1 seat vacant.[8]
