  2. ^ FCA Victoria Chișinău changed their name to CSCA-Agro Stauceni ahead of the season.
  3. ^ FC Orhei excluded after round 1 and replaced by FC Glodeni.
  4. ^ Avenarex withdrew during spring season and had all remaining matches awarded 0-3 against them.
