The title of this contribution is wrong! See therefore Swiss Federal Constitution Art 138. A correct title could eventually be "Swiss popular iniciatives and referendums 2013"DidiWeidmann (talk) 22:39, 6 March 2013 (UTC)Reply
A popular initiative is one type of issue that is brought to a referendum, so I would say the title is correct. Best to keep this discussion in one place - here or on user talk pages? Number57 22:44, 6 March 2013 (UTC)Reply
The present title of this and a large number of prior articles is suitable for the average reader of Wikipedia, if not strictly the technical title in the Swiss Constitution.--DThomsen8 (talk) 18:50, 28 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
