DescriptionPrism monochromator, with light path illustrated, from the laboratory of AHNU,Mar 2017.jpg
English: This is a photo shows the internal structure of a reflecting prism monochromator "Carl Zeiss SPM-1".[1] The light bright yellow line indicates the path of light goes throw it. The monochromator diffracts the light using a single prism and a slit to select the specific light from the spectrum. Also, the prism is adjustable.
