English: Well, this is a dish any fish lover can die for. Pabda mach or Pabo catfish is an integral part of Bengali cuisine both in India (specially in kolkata) and Bangladesh . This fish enriched with enormous nutrition values . Pabda mach or Pabo catfish can be cooked in many way but shorshe (mustard) pabda is probably the most popular one . It goes extremely well with Hot steam rice .Shorshe Pabda is my personal and my family favorite .
