Wolverley C E Secondary School is a secondary school located in Wolverley village, near Kidderminster in Worcestershire, England. The school opened in 2007, following the closure of its predecessor, Wolverley High School, as part of the local area reorganisation from three-tier education.[2] At the same time, the school became a controlled Church of England school.[1][3]

The school provides education for boys and girls aged 11 to 18 years, and offers a wide range of courses at GCSE and A-Level. The September 2008 Ofsted inspection results published in February 2009 reported the school as having a 'satisfactory' performance.[1][4]

Sports

In 2007 the sports teams at Wolverley all became The Wolverley Wasps. They play against those of King Charles I School, The Bewdley School, Baxter College, Stourport High School and The Chantry School.
