This image is orphaned and is clearly not suitable for use in Wikipedia. The licensing is questionable as there is no way of verifying that the image is not the product of plagiarism on Omaga99's part (it should be noted that this user has a history of either passing off the works of others as his own or otherwise misrepresenting material). Delete I don't see an image summary at all here, but if it came from somewhere else as it claims, then it is copyrighted. That said, I think this is an image of a plasma sphere (a.k.a. plasma globe) first inverted by Tesla in the 1890s.
