I uploaded this image and it is currently in use solely at the Rugby union in the United States article. Planet Rugby does indeed allow images to be used for promotional purposes, but this is not proper fair use rationale (mistake on my part). I'm confident that I can find a free image to replace this one. Keep I have seen this image in numerous uses, not just on a magazine cover. Furthermore, this is one of the few tasteful images of JonBenet. If deleted, it will likely be replaced by an image of the poor girl in garish makeup.24.55.107.138 13:57, 8 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

We are not in the business of seeing what the best photo is. This image was tagged as a magazine cover, and as such I assume it is one unless someone finds a source that shows that it was originally a photograph or omsething. Not at all. I have pictures of animals, rugby mathches, landscape views of towns, et cetera all suitable for display on wikipedia pages. There is no reason as to why these should be deleted. Some of them, including the miscellaneous pictures of rocks and fences might not find a suitable place on a wiki page, so I have no problem with them being deleted, but the other pictures are perfectly legit. - Victor van Poppelen (talk • contribs)
