Weldmar Hospicecare Trust is a local charity providing high quality specialist palliative care services for people with cancer and similar life threatening diseases in Dorset. Once three separate charities: Joseph Weld Hospice, Trimar Hospice and CancerCare, they are now one merged organisation with the aim of providing care for patients and their loved ones when cancer or other incurable illnesses strike.
They cover the West, North and South of Dorset offering support and advice either in the home, at a day hospice or inpatient care. Care is provided to all adults regardless of age, creed or gender.
