Hi Xeagle, With you and Victuallers Derbyshire is in good hands. Anyway, OR is Own Research. A statement of feelings/attitudes without a verifiable source sounds like it is the opinion of the editor. If I agree with the opinion then it is OK 'OR' but if I disagree it's POV :). Either way, somebody will edit it out unless it is protected by a third party reference. - Oops, just reread your original question.... I don't think you need to reword it, just add a reference. Regards Autodidactyl (talk) 18:47, 21 September 2009 (UTC)

- Thank you for stating such an excellent article, have you seem my efforts on Lt Jorge Casco
- Unfortunately Im not sure if has notability enough to create an own article. 29 pilots died on the war (55 FAA members). I would like instead to create a timeline of FAS sorties as a spin off from Argentine air forces in the Falklands War. We could add personal stories there --Jor70 (talk) 11:32, 10 January 2010 (UTC)

- Thanks for the email, I had already seen that, unfortunately he chose to go to the famous yellow journalism channel in which they were more focused on bizarre things than listen to his stories --Jor70 (talk) 23:55, 27 January 2010 (UTC)

DYK for Saint Alkmund's Way Footbridge
| On 20 January 2011, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article Saint Alkmund's Way Footbridge, which you created or substantially expanded. The fact was ... that Derby's Silk Mill is used as a design theme for the bobbins on the St Alkmund's Way Footbridge (pictured) and a needle on the nearby swingbridge? You are welcome to check how many hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, quick check) and add it to DYKSTATS if it got over 5,000. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page. |
