Proposed deletion of Harder, Washington

The article Harder, Washington has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable location; not an unincorporated community. A 1904 history of Eastern Washington [1] describes Hans Harder as a settler and founder of Kahlotus; it clearly states he lived "two miles east from Kahlotus". This matches the coordinates, which reveal a farm (with a Harder Spring and Harder Family Cemetery nearby). A farm is not a community, and GNIS is insufficient for notability. Fails WP:GEOLAND.
