Authoritarian leadership style edit

Hi. I noticed that you used fairly lengthy quotes in the Authoritarian leadership style article, and I was wondering if you could trim the quotes a bit and paraphrase a bit more. In general, quotations should only be used on Wikipedia when the precise wording significantly improves the reader's understanding. In most cases, quotes should be short, no more than 5-8 words.
