You are welcome to reinsert the information as long as you do so encyclopedically. It would also be better if you cite your sources, so we can verify what you are adding is true. Freeform Festival Edit

Hello, I am a lead organizer for Freeform Festival. You undid my edit on the listing for the festival I request that either my edit be reinsituted , or preferably for the festival to be removed from this listing. It is not an official burning man regional, and it is no longer held in new jersey. The main issue is that burning man regionals must adhere to certain guidelines and restrictions. Though there are certain similarities, We are a separate event with our own identity. We are not affiliated with Burning Man and are not obligated to adhere to those restrictions and guidelines as required by the Burning Man Organization. If this festival is listed on this page, then it can cause confusion for people when they come expecting one thing and there are differences to other burning man regionals. This is a pain for us as we have to explain to people over and over that we are a separate event. I can't say whether your timing could have been best or worst, but I just noticed that I have received the authorization – which I had requested earlier – necessary to edit {{prod}} and remove the bold effect there. (This template was under full protection.)

But other than that, we've been replacing the boldface format in full length templates for a while.

O.K. I don't edit articles here very much and have not edited anything at all in years. .. None of the other names in the Bercovici article has any references except for links to other Wikipedia articles. .. Although Leonardo Bercovici was an historically significant person, someone has deleted the article on him for no apparent good reason. .. Bercovici's UCLA course is not listed in the current catalogue, if course, since he has passed. .. I will leave it to you to fix the thing since you deleted it. .. If you opt not to restore my edits or the improperly deleted article on Leonardo Bercovici, Wikipedia will just be the poorer for it. .. How can I improve article.

Hi,

I have been working on a new article on Cynthia Carlson and it was declined a second time. I'm not clear on what the problems are so I don't know what I must do to get it accepted. You identified it as being like an essay rather than an encyclopedic article, a difference of which I'm not capable of distinguishing. I did recently edit it with regard to any non-factual descriptions but those changes were minimal.

You also indicated that any "contentious" items must be cited "using an inline citation" for stuff like the person's birthplace, age and personal life. It is unclear to me how I get a citation for these things... for example for the person's age, do I need to find a link to their birth certificate?

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

Hi. I'll take a look at the draft as soon as I can. I'm a bit busy. A few quick notes: Where did you find the information about Carlson's personal life, etc.? If a reliable secondary source publishes the information, then cite that secondary reliable source. We need to do this because Carlson is a living person, so we have to be extra careful about their privacy and what information gets posted. Specifically, Wikipedia has policy called "biographies of living people". Regarding dates of birth, the policy reads: "With identity theft a serious ongoing concern, people increasingly regard their full names and dates of birth as private. Wikipedia includes full names and dates of birth that have been widely published by reliable sources, or by sources linked to the subject such that it may reasonably be inferred that the subject does not object." If you cannot find a reliable source verifying the exact birthday, I would only list the year. Do not write from personal knowledge that you cannot verify through reliable sourcing (this is because of Wikipedia's no original research policy). I have looked at your submission again, and it looks like you've removed the "essay" element of the career section. The article shouldn't be trying to sell a point, so thank you for those edits. I have a few questions.

• It looks like you've included a plethora of lists of exhibits Carlson has set up, among others, in the article. Wikipedia is not a directory, so I don't think it is necessary to list so many "Selected One Person Exhibitions", Public Collections, or Group Exhibitions. I think it may be best to remove those sections altogether, since they don't really belong in an encyclopedia entry.
• Are the "Selected Bibliography" and "Periodicals" sections supposed to be works that verify the content you wrote in the article? If so, they should be combined under one "References" section; there is no need to differentiate them.
• Again, please add more inline citations, especially after information about the subject's personal life. You've included a few already. As a matter of fact, if the sources you have included in your "Selected Bibliography" section verify this content, I would just cite that using an inline citation. You don't need to add a reference to the subject's birth certificate; rather, it is acceptable to cite (using an inline citation) any reliable source documenting the information (could be a newspaper, book, or the subject's official website). If there aren't any reliable sources for the entire date of birth, I would just put the year of birth.

Overall, I think the article is well written and the subject is suitable for Wikipedia. These are just three of the most glaring things that should be fixed before we can pass it. If you have any more questions, ask them below and I will be happy to answer. Umm, my only account is crines so I'm not sure what to say. I am new and might not have signed all my comments correctly but only comments with crines or no signature are mine... When I refer to previous above I'm referring to comments I made in conjunction with arguing a deletion request. I'm also referring to other users' posts and adding additional information. I have made multiple entries under crines and a couple before I learned how to sign but they were made to add more detail to the discussion. @Custardpieboy: I'm sorry, but in order for me to see the images you have to first upload them to Wikipedia. Again, I do not have the privileges to verify the permissions for the images. If you sent an email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org with confirmation of the permission to use the images, you will have to wait for an email in response. Do you think you can provide an external link to the images, as in a website (not Wikipedia) where you can see the images? Unfortunately, http://www.mainstreamimages.co.uk/terms.asp appears to be not working, so I can't see the permissions. Picture Question

@SmartRaven305: I am assuming you are referring to the Wikipedia:File Upload Wizard. If you want to upload an image from your computer to Wikipedia, there are certain things you have to know. Wikipedia is free content, meaning everything on Wikipedia can be used by anyone for any purpose as long as they credit Wikipedia as the source. In order for this to hold true, we can't use pictures that are fully copyrighted. Therefore, we have a very stringent image use policy. We can't simply use any random image from the Internet. The best way to ensure that the image you are uploading is OK to use on Wikipedia is if you created the image yourself (ie with your own camera). Otherwise, you have to make sure the image is available under an acceptable free license. For step 3 in the File Upload Wizard, you have to select one of the choices in order to proceed: 1) if you can demonstrate the image is a free work, 2) the image you are uploading is copyrighted, but it is okay to use on Wikipedia because it satisfies very special conditions, or 3) you don't know the copyright status of the image. If you select the last option, the File Upload Wizard will stop and tell you not to upload it, this is because Wikipedia takes copyrights very seriously. Request for WP:ROLLBACK

Hi I am A.Minkowiski, you might remember I was searching for "How to fight against vandalism" and you answered me on TeaHouse. I've successfully enabled Twinkle and fighting against vandalism and reporting vandals on W:AIV quickly if they go overhead and the they were successfully blocked. It would make easy for me if I would have ROLLBACK rights to fight against vandals. Hi A.Minkowiski. The rollback right is granted by administrators. I am not an administrator on Wikipedia, so I do not have the technical privilege to grant you the right. Note that usually, accounts should have at least 200 edits to show the necessary experience for rollback, but it is ultimately at the discretion of the administrator who reviews your request. How do I.....?

Thanks for the welcome to Wikipedia. I am pretty low key on here, but lately have had an urge to create pages for some high schools that used to be in my area. I have noticed that Northeastern High School (Indiana) is still in my sandbox, how do I get that out of there to make more pages? Also If I delete a sandbox article before approval, will that take it off the list of those waiting for an approval for completion? Is there a limit on how many articles I can create at one time? There is absolutely no limit on how many draft articles you can develop at one time. Here's what you can do: you can create multiple sandboxes in your userspace. To do this, you can create user subpages. Simply navigate to the search bar and type in "User:Fantasyleaguer/Title of Draft", cleverly replacing "Title of Draft" with the title of your draft. This will open up a new subpage for you to develop your article in. You can create as many drafts as you want, as long as you are updating them regularly. When you are finished, type {{subst:submit}} at the bottom of the page, and it will put up for review. Alternatively, you can go to WP:WIZGO and create a draft directly in the Articles for Creation workspace, or even create an article directly in the main article space—skipping the review process altogether. Just to make things clear: Northeastern High School (Indiana) is actually not in your sandbox; your sandbox page redirected to the article because the entire sandbox moved itself to the article page. A redirect was left behind. If this is confusing, don't worry, I have fixed it; the article has indeed been accepted, and your sandbox is now empty. However, if you delete an article submission prior to approval, it will be taken off the review list, so create multiple subpages to get around that. VisualEditor newsletter—April 2014

Since the last newsletter, the VisualEditor team has mostly worked on performance improvements, image settings, and preparation for a simplified citation template tool in its own menu.

• In an oft-requested improvement, VisualEditor now displays red links (links to non-existent pages) in the proper color. Links to sister projects and external URLs are still the same blue as local links.
• You can now open templates by double-clicking them or by selecting them and pressing  Return.  This also works for references, images, galleries, mathematical equations, and other "nodes".
• VisualEditor has been disabled for pages that were created as translations of other pages using the Translate extension (common at Meta and MediaWiki.org). If a page has been marked for translation, you will see a warning if you try to edit it using VisualEditor.
• When you try to edit protected pages with VisualEditor, the full protection notice and most recent log entry are displayed. Blocked users see the standard message for blocked users.
• The developers fixed a bug that caused links on sub-pages to point to the wrong location.
• The size-changing controls in the advanced settings section of the media or image dialog were simplified further. VisualEditor's media dialog supports more image display styles, like borderless images.
• If there is not enough space on your screen to display all of the tabs (for instance, if your browser window is too narrow), the second edit tab will now fold into the drop-down menu (where the "Move" item is currently housed). On the English Wikipedia, this moves the "Edit beta" tab into the menu; on most projects, it moves the "Edit source" tab. This is only enabled in the default Vector skin, not for Monobook users. See this image for an example showing the "Edit source" and "View history" tabs after they moved into the drop-down menu.
• After community requests, VisualEditor has been deployed as an opt-in feature at Meta and on the French Wikinews.

The drop-down menu is on the right, next to the search box.

Looking ahead:  A new, locally controlled menu of citation templates will put citations immediately in front of users. You will soon be able to see the Table of Contents while editing. Support for upright image sizes (preferred for accessibility) is being developed. In-line language setting (dir="rtl") will be offered as a Beta Feature soon. Looking further out, the developers are also working on support for viewing and editing hidden HTML comments. It will be possible to upload images to Commons from inside VisualEditor.

What, researching a person in order to write a decent encyclopedia article about them is creepy? Under that logic, all biographers are creepy people. We are here to build an encyclopedia. In order to do that, we need to make sure everything we write is verifiable, in a neutral point of view and not original research. To do all of that, we have to dig deeply into what has been published about a person in reliable sources to produce a decent biography of the subject. This is Wikipedia, an encyclopedia. Hey there. Look, I know you said not to get involved with the edit war on the Dinosaur Train article and, well, apparently, and as you already know, that user is bringing up the same subject again. He/she is starting an edit war and blaming me for the incident. I'm trying not to get involved in it, just so you know. All I've been doing is to click edit and nothing else. Hello!

I am a student at American University taking a class titled Wikipedia and the Public Knowledge. For a project, I am looking at the trends and similarities among the articles nominated for deletion. I see you have an active role in deleting articles and was wondering if you could offer some knowledge on the subject. Is there a certain type of article that commonly gets nominated for deletion? Notability seems to be a large reason to delete an article- what are other prevalent reasons? Thank you so much in advance for any help you can offer on this subject.

@Acroterion: Thanks for the message. I've always seen ban-tagging more of a way to prevent time-wasting, rather than as a badge of shame (although I can definitely see how it can be such!). If the editor was fairly active on Wikipedia, users unaware of the editor's editing status may continue to approach the editor for help. I don't think this matter is a huge deal, and in the future I'll defer to the blocking admin's discretion. I generally have a mild curiosity in dispute resolution on Wikipedia, and this instance was a case of curiosity I couldn't overcome. Kind regards, Mz7 (talk) 01:31, 9 May 2014 (UTC)

No problem, I may be more sensitive to it than some because I've seen recent examples of editors getting tag-happy and using as a shaming device, or just getting it wrong. I just blocked someone a couple of days ago who had 20 socks who was tagging everything in sight: if anyone needed to be ban-tagged, it was them. In matters of dispute resolution and arbitration enforcement, it's my feeling that the less said and done, the better, so that productive people are encouraged to come back and do things differently. Hi,

Thanks for reviewing the article I created. I appreciate your comment that everything contained in that article (which admittedly was very little) is already contained in the article "She'll Be Coming 'Round the Mountain". However my concern is this: whilst the tune of the former is the same, and presumably originated from the latter, it is not usually considered a variant of it, and a straight redirect to "Coming 'Round the Mountain" would seem very confusing to anyone (including me) familiar with "Shove Yer Granny" – indeed the relevance of the redirect is only discovered tucked away in a sea of information much further down. Do you think it would be wise to create a sub-heading in the article itself that the redirect could point to using a hashtag? But then would a new sub-heading have to be created for every variant listed in the article to make the layout uniform? Or is there another way of creating an "anchor" on the page at the "Shove Yer Granny" lyrics that can be directly linked to without using a sub-heading?

Note again, subjects need to have had significant coverage in reliable sources to justify having their own article on Wikipedia. Elementary schools rarely garner this significant coverage unless they have a clear claim to notability (for example, if the school was the center of a significant event documented in the media). They got 2 interviews in that magazine, which is not achieved easily. I could add in several reviews at ProgArchives.com - All their releases earned 4-4.5/5 Stars over there - also some achievement. They DO have a name within the Progressive Rock Scene, which peaks in Geoff Barton's "TOP20 of 2013 Critics Choice".

Hello Razalduria. I certainly wouldn't object if you send me a scan on an external website. If you can show that this band has received significant coverage in reliable sources, you can show that this band is notable enough for Wikipedia. Note that editors have varying opinions on what is considered "significant coverage". Usually, 2 interviews in one magazine isn't enough. Some editors call for a wide variety of coverage from a diverse range of sources. To resubmit it for review, just hit the blue "Resubmit" button in the red "submission declined" box and follow the instructions. The re-reviewer probably won't be me to allow for a third party opinion. Hello Mz7,

I am a student of and assistant to Rev. Patrick McCollum. His wikipage is WAY out of date. If you check out his page, you will see that it has been MANY times and all the work she does is being ENTIRELY undone by the same guy (from Slovenia) over and over. How do we block that kind of user abuse? We have no problem with adjustments to that page that are in integrity with Wikipedia's guidelines, but this is ridiculous.

Just For The Record

Hello, this is CharlieBrown25 here. Before I say this, I'd like to establish that what I said still stands: I will not put in the crush info anymore. And I'd like to start work on rewriting the Dinosaur Train page as soon as possible. There's just one thing that's bothering me though, and I would like to know about it, just for the record. Before I knew that Wikipedia was meant to be written from a real-world perspective, everyone (namely FilmandTVFan28 and SummerPhD) said that they wouldn't allow it in the article because I didn't provide any reliable sources. If Wikipedia was written from a fictional standpoint, (as I initially thought it was), why wasn't the show alone a reliable enough source? Honestly, I could have seen a few nerves being rattled if I'd said "Shiny is madly enamored with Gilbert. When they are apart, she pines for him incessantly. Not a day ends without her thinking about him, and the stinging tears pour down her face and dampen the ground. And it isn't until they meet again, that her spirits are lifted, because she knows she will once again feel the tender embrace of her true love, on the softly lit crest of Pteranodon Terrace..." But I didn't. I said it was "a crush". A silly, seemingly unmutual, crush. I just don't understand. @CharlieBrown25: Hello again. Speaking generally, if the crush was the subject of discussion of newspapers, magazines, books, or scholarly studies, I think a mention in the article (if not more than a mention) would be warranted for the purposes of documenting such coverage. But the crush hasn't had this coverage. As a matter of fact, it was a conclusion you drew from examining implicit elements of the show. A statement for which no reliable sources exists is called original research. Original research includes combining sources in a way to suggest something that the sources individually do not. Wikipedia articles must not contain original research.

I think that the reason nerves were rattled was because of the edit warring that occurred. As described in the edit warring policy, edit wars do not help in solving disputes and actually creates an animosity between editors. Therefore, it is often considered disruptive editing, and it does have the tendency of rattling nerves. Just know that both FilmandTVFan and SummerPhD wanted what was best for Wikipedia, and they both saw your editing as contrary to the interests of the project.

With regards to using the show itself as a source for information, I have seen a few cases where this practice is acceptable. The article for Amy Rose, a character from the Sonic the Hedgehog video game series, is a good example of an article about a work of fictional content that is written from a real-world perspective, while still mentioning details about the character's personality. If you look at the "Personality and abilities" section of that article, you will notice that the article does indeed describe an infatuation (a kind-of "crush") of the character. The source for that info, you'll see, is the instruction manual for one of the Sonic games. The manual actually explicitly confirms this detail of Amy's personality, and it used in the article as a means for verification despite being a source affiliated with the subject. The issue with your case is the Dinosaur Train show does not explicitly confirm such a crush. Rather, it is a conclusion that must be drawn from examining elements of the source—original research. It's also a rather insignificant aspect of Shiny's character, whereas Amy's infatuation for Sonic is very significant. I hope this explanation is satisfying. Yes, that's a good point. But did you ever get the chance to watch the episode "Gilbert Visits the Nest"? (Make sure not to get this confused with the episode "Gilbert the Junior Conductor". Because the plots are entirely different.) In it, the entire episode focuses on Shiny's relationship with Gilbert, and climaxes at the end, when the following was Shiny's actual dialogue: "I'm sorry if I was acting so nutty before... it's just... I... like you... visiting! I like you visiting, [nervous chuckle]". Can anyone honestly say that's not explicit evidence? Did you know?

The cite menu offers quick access to up to five citation templates.  If your wiki has enabled the "⧼visualeditor-toolbar-cite-label⧽" menu, press "⧼visualeditor-toolbar-cite-label⧽" and select the appropriate template from the menu.

Existing citations that use these templates can be edited either using the "⧼visualeditor-toolbar-cite-label⧽" tool or by selecting the reference and choosing the "⧼visualeditor-dialogbutton-reference-tooltip⧽" item in the "Insert" menu.

Since the last newsletter, the VisualEditor team has mostly worked on the new citation tool, improving performance, reducing technical debt, and other infrastructure needs.

The biggest change in the last few weeks is the new citation template menu, labeled "⧼visualeditor-toolbar-cite-label⧽". The new citation menu offers a locally configurable list of citation templates on the main toolbar. It adds or opens references using the simplified template dialog that was deployed last month. This tool is in addition to the "⧼visualeditor-dialogbutton-reference-tooltip⧽" item in the "Insert" menu, and it is not displayed unless it has been configured for that wiki. To enable this tool on your wiki, see the instructions at VisualEditor/Citation tool.

Eventually, the VisualEditor team plans to add autofill features for these citations. When this long-awaited feature is created, you could add an ISBN, URL, DOI or other identifier to the citation tool, and VisualEditor would automatically fill in as much information for that source as possible. The concept drawings can be seen at mw:VisualEditor/Design/Reference Dialog, and your ideas about making referencing quick and easy are still wanted.

• There is a new Beta Feature for setting content language and direction.  This allows editors who have opted in to use the "Language" tool in the "Insert" menu to add HTML span tags that label text with the language and as being left-to-right (LTR) or right-to-left (RTL), like this:  <span lang="en" dir="ltr">English</span>. This tool is most useful for pages whose text combines multiple languages with different directions, common on Right-to-Left wikis.
• The tool for editing mathematics formulae in VisualEditor has been slightly updated and is now available to all users, as the "⧼math-visualeditor-mwmathinspector-title⧽" item in the "Insert" menu. It uses LaTeX like in the wikitext editor.
• The layout of template dialogs has been changed, putting the label above the field.  Parameters are now called "fields", to avoid a technical term that many editors are unfamiliar with.
• TemplateData has been expanded:  You can now add "suggested" parameters in TemplateData, and VisualEditor will display them in the template dialogs like required ones.  "Suggested" is recommended for parameters that are commonly used, but not actually required to make the template work.  There is also a new type for TemplateData parameters: wiki-file-name, for file names.  The template tool can now tell you if a parameter is marked as being obsolete.
• Some templates that previously displayed strangely due to absolute CSS positioning hacks should now display correctly.
• Several messages have changed: The notices shown when you save a page have been merged into those used in the wikitext editor, for consistency.  The message shown when you "⧼visualeditor-toolbar-cancel⧽" out of an edit is clearer. The beta dialog notice, which is shown the first time you open VisualEditor, will be hidden for logged-in users via a user preference rather than a cookie.  As a result of this change, the beta notice will show up one last time for all logged-in users on their next VisualEditor use after Thursday's upgrade.
• Adding a category that is a redirect to another category prompts you to add the target category instead of the redirect.
• In the "Images and media" dialog, it is no longer possible to set a redundant border for thumbnail and framed images.
• There is a new Template Documentation Editor for TemplateData.  You can test it by editing a documentation subpage (not a template page) at Mediawiki.org: edit mw:Template:Sandbox/doc, and then click "Manage template documentation" above the wikitext edit box.  If your community would like to use this TemplateData editor at your project, please contact product manager James Forrester or file an enhancement request in Bugzilla.
• There have been multiple small changes to the appearance:  External links are shown in the same light blue color as in MediaWiki.  This is a lighter shade of blue than the internal links.  The styling of the "Style text" (character formatting) drop-down menu has been synchronized with the recent font changes to the Vector skin.  VisualEditor dialogs, such as the "⧼visualeditor-toolbar-savedialog⧽" dialog, now use a "loading" animation of moving lines, rather than animated GIF images.  Other changes were made to the appearance upon opening a page in VisualEditor which should make the transition between reading and editing be smoother.
• The developers merged in many minor fixes and improvements to MediaWiki interface integration (e.g., edit notices), and made VisualEditor handle Education Program pages better.
• At the request of the community, VisualEditor has been deployed to Commons as an opt-in. It is currently available by default for 161 Wikipedia language editions and by opt-in through Beta Features at all others, as well as on several non-Wikipedia sites.

Looking ahead:  The toolbar from the PageTriage extension will no longer be visible inside VisualEditor. More buttons and icons will be accessible from the keyboard.  The "Keyboard shortcuts" link will be moved out of the "Page options" menu, into the "Help" menu. Support for upright image sizes (preferred for accessibility) and inline images is being developed. You will be able to see the Table of Contents while editing. Looking further out, the developers are also working on support for viewing and editing hidden HTML comments. VisualEditor will be available to all users on mobile devices and tablet computers. It will be possible to upload images to Commons from inside VisualEditor.

Hello again, you make a good point how the List of Sonic Comic characters should have a real-world perspective, and I'd like to help fix/or contribute to the new article in the future. Unfortunately I'm pretty inexperienced on Wikipeida and this specific kind of writing style, so I'm not quite sure how do to it correctly and was wondering if you could give some pointers?

Below is the entry for a character from the page in it's original/current state. Under that is a edited version I've tried to make compliant with WP:MOSFICT

Eclipse the Darkling

Eclipse is a member, and oldest living survivor, of the almost extinct alien race called the Black Arms. He was created by Black Death specifically to destroy Shadow the Hedgehog, the entity responsible for foiling the Black Arm's original invasion and destroying their leader, Black Doom. Eclipse was bio-engineered with special abilities tailored to fighting Shadow; he can prevent Chaos Energy based attacks, has mastery of Chaos Control himself, has limited mind-control capacities over those he has a mental connection with, plus the ability to transform himself into a much stronger version for a brief period of time. Eclipse is also almost unique among the Black Arms race in that he has free will, not controlled by the hive-mind.

Despite his design purpose, Eclipse initially did not want to kill Shadow the Hedgehog, who he believed could be a valuable asset to his endangered race if persuaded to join the Dark Arms again, and also believed they had a family like bond due to the nature of their births, considering Shadow his brother of sorts. After Shadow and his teammates killed Black Death and destroyed the New Black Comet, Eclipse was inconsolable and swore revenge on the hedgehog.

@MegaMuffinMan: The new text is a step in the right direction, but I think what is key to improving this article is sources - in addition to rewriting the content. Currently, the article is too long to find sources for everything feasibly. List of Sonic the Hedgehog video game characters is a more-or-less well-written list. It describes character traits and game appearances from the perspective of the real world, and provides a source for most pieces of information. To provide sources for all of the information in the comic characters list, combined with the task of rewriting in-universe content, I think starting from scratch is the better alternative. If the article is deleted and you want to rewrite the article yourself, you can save it to your own computer or ask an administrator move it to your userspace—or you can just start entirely from scratch. I understand the need for referencing is high priority, but that too I'm a little hazey about what is considered acceptable.

Sourcing to the original comic books is probably not kosher yes? Because that would constitute original research. But what about referencing other publications by the company about their own material? Such as the [| official encyclopedia ]. Does that constitute a source, like a video game manual?

What about statements by the (current) author of the comic? @MegaMuffinMan: I have seen cases where it is acceptable for the actual fictional work to be used for verification, as long as the verification is explicit and obvious. Making a claim and supporting it with details from the source that otherwise don't verify the claim at all is original research. I'm not exactly sure what the precedent for that is, so you may have to drop a line at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Fictional characters or another user's talk page. I think that List of Sonic the Hedgehog video game characters is a more or less well written character list. I'd like to see the comic list written like the video game one. Just for your info :
Almost all requests for edits on this page are for edits to the map template. Most edits to the map are NOT properly done, since many editors don't have the skill (or inclination) to do edits properly.
So please don't tell people to do edits themselves just because they are allowed to. Those who ask others to edit are usually doing the map (and WP) a favour.
(If I had more time I would be doing more edits to the map myself, including format corrections.)
However, it would help if those requesting edits presented them in point form, one line per suggested change, followed by references.
