Cirrhosis edit

I saw that you added LAL deficiency to cirrhosis again. In fact, I actually moved it down to the bottom of the list (because it is exceedingly rare). Therefore your second addition was a duplication. Could I point out that lysosomal acid lipase deficiency (note the lowercase spelling) and Wolman disease are more or less duplicates, and that these articles might benefit from being merged.
