Just wanted to say edit

Your sources are looking much better, more reliable. Good job :) PraetorianFury (talk) 18:41, 5 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

You are very kind to say so, and I'm proud you noticed :) I'm working on expanding the article, but real life keeps getting in the way... Luxxxbella (talk) 11:56, 6 November 2013 (UTC)Reply
It's good to keep some distance. You would not believe the drama maintaining this encyclopedia can create. PraetorianFury (talk) 17:43, 6 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

Rolling back (without rollback privileges) edit

Whenever you run into a situation where another user has made a bunch of edits before you could revert that user, it's better to rollback the changes rather than revert each one individually. Though no one will dispute you were justified in this case, if you find yourself in a dispute with another editor, this would make it easier for them to claim edit warring and WP:3RR violations.

To rollback, open the last good version by clicking on the date (to the right of Prev). Then click on "edit" at the top of the page, include an edit summary, and save. Hope that helps! PraetorianFury (talk) 16:00, 23 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hey, thanks a lot! It still feels like one big maze in here :D I'll certainly try it! --Luxxxbella "There is no knowledge that is not power" 00:52, 24 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

About the "Cultural Insensitivity" section edit

I noticed that the source wasn't working anymore so I can understand your skepticism. Thing is, I literally worked on that exact sentence a few months ago, here: Talk:SlutWalk#Rio_de_Janeiro_and_S.C3.A3o_Paulo_.E2.89.A0_non-Western, and I even quoted it. I sent a request to People_of_Color_Organize! to publish that document on their new domain so we can fix the link again. Hopefully we'll hear back from them one way or the other and we can figure out what to do about that dead link. PraetorianFury (talk) 22:13, 10 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

It's absolutely fine, I actually deleted it because I had no answer on how or whether to fix it.
It sounds great to have the right reference online, I'm really impressed by your commitment! --Luxxxbella "There is no knowledge that is not power" 03:25, 11 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

Hi Luxxxbella. Thanks for submitting your idea, Increase visibility of the Gender Gap in all Wikimedia Projects, to the Inspire Campaign. If you'd like to pursue funding for your idea, please provide more details in the Project Plan section. The campaign ends today, so we'll need additional details in the next day. Please let me know if you have any questions. Alex Wang (WMF) (talk) 00:23, 1 April 2015 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
