Edit warring edit

Per WP:BURDEN, now that I have challenged your inclusion of Roman Catholic in Kim Kardashian, you cannot restore it without an inline citation to a reliable source that supports the statement. "I watched it on TV" in an edit summary is not sufficient sourcing for any statement in a biography, much less one that has been challenged.—Kww(talk) 19:55, 26 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Sheshan Basilica edit

Hello, I would like to ask about several edits you made recently to Sheshan Basilica, it would be helpful if you could explain what you meant. As English does not seem to be your first language, I would be happy to help you rephrase this content in a way which is more understandable to most readers.

1. Since the Cultural Revolution, the national shrine is the first historical basilica in Eastern Asia: In particular, what did you mean by "is the first historical basilica"? Is "first historical basilica" a technical term? If not, then the sentence does not seem to make sense.

2. along with the recently constructed image of Our Mother of Sheshan: What is meant by "constructed" here? Is this referring to a physical image that was physically constructed? Or are you arguing that "Our Mother of Sheshan" is a recent creation? How "recent" is this "construction"?

Also, your claim that (if I understand it correctly) "Our Lady of Zose/Sheshan" is not the traditional dedication of the church is sourced to an image (which does not prove anything one way or the other) and to a footnote which does not contain any sources. You will need a better source than that if you are contending a view which seems inconsistent with the words of the Pope. --PalaceGuard008 (Talk) 11:07, 12 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

Prophecy of the Popes edit

The text you keep adding to Prophecy of the Popes regarding the position of the Church is unsupported by reliable sources and is original research. February 2013 edit

Hello, I'm Aunva6. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Pope Benedict XVI, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Youtube is generally not an acceptable source. articles covered by WP:BLP are especially stringent about sourcing. plean find another, better source for it Aunva6 (talk) 07:44, 15 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

Edit warring in Roman Catholic theology edit

I can guess that you might be annoyed that I reverted some of your recent changes (none of which were explained in edit summaries or elsewhere). I like some of your edits to the page, but I disagree with others. Now you have restored your original version, again without any explanation. Since Wikipedia works by consensus, I would like to invite you to explain your proposed changes on the talk page. -Hugetim (talk) 23:38, 27 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

No its fine, you did the right thing. The other person, Anglican? wants to present a thesis that Lenten customs are not rooted in the Catholic tradition, and that their religion did not inherit as such---which is ahistorical and revisionistic. Your use of multiple Wikipedia accounts edit

Hi. An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/LimosaCorel, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.

Lady Gaga edit

Hello, regarding your edits to Lady Gaga, while "Roman Catholic" is in fact a religious affiliation, the standard is to list one's religious affiliation in the noun from (Catholicism) rather than adjective (Catholic). Also, "Roman Catholic" and "Roman Catholicism" are redirects, which should be avoided. Thank you. XXSNUGGUMSXX (talk) 19:28, 1 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add original research or novel syntheses of published material to articles as you apparently did to Pope Francis. Please cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. Elizium23 (talk) 23:02, 30 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's no original research policy by adding your personal analysis or synthesis into articles, as you did at Pope Francis, you may be blocked from editing. Elizium23 (talk) 23:07, 30 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

This is your last warning. The next time you violate Wikipedia's no original research policy by inserting unpublished information or your personal analysis into an article, as you did at Defrocking, you may be blocked from editing without further notice.   This is your last warning. The next time you remove the maintenance templates from Wikipedia articles without resolving the problem that the template refers to, as you did at Pope Francis, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Elizium23 (talk) 01:37, 31 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

Your recent editing history at Pope Francis shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

I noticed that you have posted comments to the page Pope Francis in a language other than English. When on the English-language Wikipedia, please always use English, no matter to whom you address your comments. This is so that comments may be comprehensible to the community at large. If the use of another language is unavoidable, please provide a translation of the comments. For more details, see Wikipedia:Talk page guidelines. Thank you. April 2014 edit

Hello, LimosaCorel. We welcome your contributions to Wikipedia, but if you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article Mary Jean Lastimosa, you may have a conflict of interest or close connection to the subject.

All editors are required to comply with Wikipedia's neutral point of view content policy. People who are very close to a subject often have a distorted view of it, which may cause them to inadvertently edit in ways that make the article either too flattering or too disparaging. People with a close connection to a subject are not absolutely prohibited from editing about that subject, but they need to be especially careful about ensuring their edits are verified by reliable sources and writing with as little bias as possible.

If you are very close to a subject, here are some ways you can reduce the risk of problems:

  • Avoid or exercise great caution when editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with.
  • Be cautious about deletion discussions. Everyone is welcome to provide information about independent sources in deletion discussions, but avoid advocating for deletion of articles about your competitors.
  • Avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).
  • Exercise great caution so that you do not accidentally breach Wikipedia's content policies.

Please familiarize yourself with relevant content policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.

For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have a conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizations. Thank you. Elizium23 (talk) 00:51, 3 April 2014 (UTC)Reply
