Re: Oh...

Please feel free to ask your question about the Nintendo DSi and any other questions not related to an article at WP:Reference desk.

I should probably archive my talk page when I have the time. Happy editing! --Silver Edge (talk) 02:03, 27 January 2009 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia! I am glad to see you are interested in discussing a topic. However, as a general rule, talk pages such as Talk:Power Rangers: R.P.M. are for discussion related to improving the article, not general discussion about the topic. If you have specific questions about certain topics, consider visiting our reference desk and asking them there instead of on article talk pages. Thank you. Powergate92Talk 17:19, 8 March 2009 (UTC)

Personal details

I'd be wary of adding your real name and address at the top of your talk page, vandals will use it to their advantage if they can, be careful mate. cf38talk 19:55, 13 March 2009 (UTC)

Timon and Pumbaa

I removed it because it used "recently" and it wasn't sourced (although indeed, I didn't know about the series until I got Toon Disney myself). That article desperately needs work in all aspects, really. Ten Pound Hammer and his otters • (Many ottersOne hammerHELP) 03:00, 19 April 2009 (UTC)

Re: I appreciate you trying to help on the Disney XD page, but...

According to the Toon Zoon schedule, The Replacements will air again on Sunday May 10, 2009 three times: 11:00 AM, 11:30, AM, and 12:00 PM.--Lamborghini man (talk) 01:09, 6 May 2009 (UTC)

File source problem with File:Syfy_logo.svg

File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Syfy_logo.svg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 04:16, 7 July 2009 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. -- Collectonian (talk · contribs) 04:16, 7 July 2009 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (File:ToonDisneyearly2005.png)

Thanks for uploading File:ToonDisneyearly2005.png. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:44, 18 August 2009 (UTC)

Re:Sorry about that...

That's ok, thanks for letting me know. Wikipedia is much more open than that- even if you're blocked at the discretion of a single admin, there are many appeals processes open. As long as you play by the rules and treat everyone with respect, you shouldn't find yourself blocked here. J Milburn (talk) 08:04, 1 September 2009 (UTC)

Re:The article you created?

First off, if you check the history, I had little to nothing to do with the creation of the actual article, but whatever. To answer your question, I'd rather not upload your image. As far as I can tell, it's too large for the standards of a non-free image on Wikipedia and the background doesn't look transparent, usually a must for SVGs. You would also need to share your source to make it valid, and, honestly, the PNG image on the article already seems to suffice. If you want to, you can still upload the image yourself and replace it on the article's page and let the community decide if it's good enough, but I just don't see the point in me doing it when I have nothing to do with that. -Platypus Man | Talk 17:28, 13 September 2009 (UTC)

I'll concur with Platypus here, the SVG you created isn't good enough to be used for the reasons stated. In addition to that, the logo you created is odd to say the least, it doesn't seem like you did much more than use software to vectorise an image of the logo poorly and call it your own work. If it is wholly your work, it's still not good enough given it looks like a bad copy of the logo. Do not upload it, do not use it here, it's not suitable. And please stop bugging people regarding things they don't or can't control, you've done it continuously since you came and whilst not a bannable offence, it can be irritating. treelo radda 19:19, 13 September 2009 (UTC)
