- "… but that since …" – do you really want to call that an improvement? It did not appear to me as such. I am honestly sorry. The comma before the "but" is not wrong, "concludes" is quite helpful as well. --XYZ2023 (talk) 09:14, 19 April 2023 (CEST)
- The sentence started by saying "concluded" but then switched to "concludes", so yes, I felt that needed to be fixed. And the comma shouldn't be there if the second clause begins with "that" in this situation. In any case, I gave it another tweak, hopefully everyone's happy now.
