Welcome! edit

Hello Horation12, welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Our intro page contains a lot of helpful material for new users—please check it out! If you need help, visit Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on this page, followed by your question, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. I did however, back out your changes to Academi (http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Academi&diff=513840814&oldid=513220573), since this is simply a current news item, not something that needs long term documentation. In 2015, nobody is going to care that John Tierny pressured the defense department in September 2012. If something actually happens, that might be worth documenting, again, always considering WP:recent. Regards, Tarl.Neustaedter (talk) 17:16, 21 September 2012 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation link notification for January 23 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Crédit Agricole, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Bulgarian (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
