I was trying to add Igor to the Product Naming page, where there were already 7 naming companies. What is unique about Igor is their FREE naming guide which is on their main page and describes their process and is available to anyone who wants it unlike other naming companies. Was wondering why you allowed the other naming agencies but not Igor? I added Igor to the disambiguation page and the naming company page...but have yet to figure out how to add it to the main Wikipedia cuz it might get deleted again. The DL Show
I was creating a page for The DL Show and it was deleted before I was even fineished. I'm not sure why. we do the same thing as Funny Or Die but we do it with musicians instead of comedic actors and you have a page for that site http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Funny_or_die . So how do I create my page?
Thanks for the guidence but I have not been spamming onto other atists' pages. I have spoken to every artist that I placed a link on and they asked that I placed it there.
So what you are saying is since I work for AOL I can not create a page for the above mentioned site?
So I read your doc and now get that I can't start the page. Thanks you for pointing me in the right direction. Now for the links to external sites that I had placed, that give specific incite to either the artist or musical/musically influenced genres that are were not spam as I understand it and as defined by what wikipidia considers spam. So I am hoping that you could replace those that you linked to and saw that it was really informative on the topic.
Thanks again the guidance.

Edits on christ college brecon page
I have noteced that you have deleated entire sections of the christ college artical. I would like to point out that the names of the house and comnon slang within the sckool is encyclopedia information as it relates to the school and visiting parents can often be confused by the slang. I appreciate that Some people are abusing the artical but that by no means that you can remove the sections copleatly. I try to remove unrelevent comments (like that of Josh lewis)and I would apriciate if you would alow some things to remain on the site.
A apreciate that but why cant the names of the houses be put down. Other school articals have the names of them so i do not see why this page is being singeled out. Leah992 (talk) 22:12, 3 July 2008 (UTC)
Strange behaviour of reference list
Once again me ;) - Look at this strange behaviour of a reference list of Web.com: if you click on one of the last entries, the bottom of the page will wrap up and the browser will not follow the link, only if you click a second time. Happens only in Firefox (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:188.8.131.52) Gecko/20080623 Firefox/184.108.40.206), not in IE 7. --Peter Eisenburger (talk) 14:24, 4 July 2008 (UTC)
Please see my latest additions to clear the name Web.com. Interesting, isn't it? If you check the origins of Interland, it get's even more complicated. Still not totally satisfied because there remain some inconsistencies in the article IMO which I will take care of later. But as the change of name is still very fresh, it could stay this way for now, I think.--Peter Eisenburger (talk) 18:14, 7 July 2008 (UTC)[
- Re: your message on my talk page. Thank you once again for extensive copyediting and fixing the wrapping up of the Web.com article. I will take care of the reference format next time. It's not easy to keep up with the standards changing.
- I have two questions and one gift for you ;) First question: what do you think about the new vertical format for references that I got to know and lately have used? Second question: is indended text in the references not allowed? I never noticed problems before.
- And my gift is a virtual cookie. You must be hungry from too much working ;)--Peter Eisenburger (talk) 13:41, 8 July 2008 (UTC)
MascotGuy is up late tonight...
I tell you, GD, I am SO sick of that guy I can't stand it. As User:Animal Guy, he created a slew of redirects and actually did one or two quasi-legit articles. Problems: The redirects are way too many to tag individually and a speedy notice I'd put on a "legit" article about a Charlie Brown special was reverted by another admin. It may be legit, but the fact remains that MascotGuy is hard-banned and that no edit of his, legit or no, can stay. If you look at my own edit history, you'll see that I was extremely busy rolling back his edits on Friday night. It's late here, I need to sign off and get up in the morning (thankfully for a fun day), so I'll say good night and thank you. I really appreciate your defending me when I'd retired. That threat really shook me up and I was serious about leaving, but Comcast is looking into it and the responsible party is yukking it up on Grawp's talk page at Encyclopedia Dramatica. Internet's a weird place, my friend. Thanks for being so normal. :) Talk to you soon. --PMDrive1061 (talk) 07:37, 5 July 2008 (UTC)
Ha, ha. :)) To be honest, I'd never heard of the site prior to my run-in with that character. It's just...wrong. No place I wish to visit again anytime soon. As far as MascotGuy is concerned, I've raised a stink with the Wikimedia developers, left word with b'crats and Jimbo himself and nothing is happening. If he's editing from the same place as he always has, we know his physical location, the IP provider and the name on the account, for heaven's sake. I don't want any harm to come to him, but isn't it about time the people who run this dog and pony show give we who slave in their trenches just a little consideration in this matter and file a complaint with the IP for a TOS violation? Oof, I gotta go to bed. Anyway, stay normal. Or better still, abnormal. More fun that way. --PMDrive1061 (talk) 08:10, 5 July 2008 (UTC)
- OK, NawlinWiki seems to be for the idea I've posted on the AN board. Namely, MascotGuy should be allowed to edit, but closely monitored. His last few attempts actually seem to be in good faith. It would have to be under closely guarded conditions, though. I'd be willing to accept the responsibility of monitoring his progress. It's a win-win situation for everyone. He gets to edit as long as the edits remain accurate, the admins don't have to play whack-a-mole and we get an editor who's certainly shown his willingness to cooperate. So, whatcha think? --PMDrive1061 (talk) 01:45, 6 July 2008 (UTC)

Why did you delete my article on "Cary Jordan"
hello! I provided proof of significance and proof Cary Jordan is a real person. His Warwick artist profile can be seen here. He is a real bassist.
With all due respect, he is in a notable band. Fusebox Funk is all over the place. Google the band please. He is also the live bassist for J.Dash, which opens for major label hip-hop acts like Method man, Redman, Lil' Wayne, Flo-Rida...ect. He is endorsed by Warwick basses, a HUGE bass guitar manufacturer. He's a significant musician. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Teamxrsx (talk • contribs) 19:08, 6 July 2008 (UTC)
Ok....Fair enough. I know of several newspaper and online articles regarding Cary Jordan and Fusebox Funk. I will dig them up and re-do the article, sighting these references. I will do a article for Fusebox Funk as well. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Teamxrsx (talk • contribs) 19:21, 6 July 2008 (UTC)
Hello! I did an article on Fusebox Funk. I added a lot of press coverage links and its still up for deletion. I don't understand really. Maybe it's because i'm new, but i thought i got the guidlines correct. Please HELP!!! :)
Thanks for your help! I only need help catogorizing....but i'm working on that. Thanks a ton!
I am not understanding what made my post an advertisement? How can I create something and it be actual factual information not to be considered spam/advertisement? I looked at the HALO 3 article and it has relating links...
Help me out? The radio show and league are all free and support the culture. So help me out please.
Thanks for that...yeah its getting more official as the day goes on...so I will rewrite as a seperate page and link to DC from that page.

The Deletion of Jemima's Witnesses
I am looking to have Jemima's Witnesses reinstated as an article. We feel that what you read was a misjudgment of the page itself. You deleted it on the grounds it was a "group", but every other religion could be considered a "group" as well. I find it a slight impedance on the Constitutional rights of Freedom of Speech and Religious Freedom. Please reconsider your decision. Furthermore, the leaders of Jemima's Witnesses will make it a point to improve this article and we would be more than happy to work with Wikipedia to make it work. Deleting External Links
A couple of weeks ago you deleted all of my external links. Regarding passoverkosher.com
1. This website provides in depth information to consumers and is already quoted on Wikipedia. It is an important external link like chabad.org & askmoses.org
2. You indicate that it seems to be for advertising, where do you see that???
3. You say to place it on the talk page, well I did just that & no one responded???
Why is my external link inappropriate to the article?!?!?!

Hello. I recently created an article that has not been created yet, titled "SprinkZ". It is about a social networking website. Just a quick note on wonder why it may have been deleted? I understand that you believe the article is not notable and should not be in wikipedia, however, out of my current beliefs, it should. Many people search for wiki's on websites to see how they work, and what may be currently going on with them, who created them, all on one page, also through the factor that wikipedia has many websites which flow around it. When a website is googled for example, the first or second link to appear would be the wikipedia link for further information. You may not believe I have a valid comment stated above, however, consideration of it will be great. Thank you for your time. Mooose223 (talk) 22:03, 16 July 2008 (UTC) Moose F

Film and Video Umbrella
Hi, I am trying to create a wikipedia page for an arts organisation in the UK called Film and Video Umbrella. I work for the organisation as a web administrator. Previous attempts to add content relating to this organisation have been deleted by yourself and one of your colleagues under the A7 and G11 speedy deletion clauses. I am not aware of what the previous content said, but to address A7 - doesn't indicate importance/significance: Film and Video Umbrella is a not for profit, arts council england funded organisation that commissions and curates artists films. They have worked with venues such as Tate, British Film Institute, Foundation for Art and Creative Technology (FACT) and with artists such as Corey Arcangel, Gillian Wearing and Tacita Dean. All of these venues and artists have articles on wikipedia and are obviously considered significant enough to be on the site.
To address the second issue of 'blatant advertising' I am aware that this is a pitfall of writing about an organisation that you are involved with but i'm sure that some of the wikipedia pages for the venues I have mentioned must have written their own content, otherwise who would do this? Please let me know if you have some advice about the encyclopaedic tone required to validate a page, and please if possible communicate with me before you place any more blocks on the Film and Video Umbrella page. Many thanks Victoria KingVicki78king (talk) 16:04, 28 July 2008 (UTC)

Yeah, they almost make me wish I hadn't given back the admin tools if only so that I can block the socks and then point and laugh at just how big a bunch of fools those adolescent monkeys are making of themselves on a world stage. I used to be concerned, then mad. Now, it's just a silly attempt at attention. It seems that all they can do is a half-baked attempt at their "HAGGER" page move silliness which gets reverted almost on sight. Heck, I just shake my head and count my blessings, knowing that I have better things to do with my life, my imagination, my hobbies, my career and this site than to "smack" it. You are receiving this message because you are listed as the protecting admin for 6-Pak. The page has been semiprotected for longer than 2 months without an expiry date set. Because Wikipedia relies on contributers to make the encyclopedia, I'm asking you to review your decision and either

Citizens Campaign for the Environment
Why did you delete the page I started on Citizens Campaign for the Environment? "to avoid speedy deletion an article does not have to prove that its subject is notable, just give a reasonable indication of why it might be notable." - I do wonder where you quoted that line from, because I have never seen it before. You just deleted our addition to this page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Animal_love
The history page says you did such because it was spam. We feel we made a valid neutral contribution to the definition based on factual information.
Yes it is a business but the name of the business is "Animal Love" and the organizations philosophies have everything to do with the majority of the page content.
Besides the above we did not add this information to SPAM as the addition of NOFOLLOW to all external links makes that impossible.

The article on Lokah was previously deleted as there were no references sited. The moderator stated that as soon as references were available to please repost the page. References where sited in numerous independent sources. Therefore, your deletion should be overruled and the page reposted. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Musiccritic18 (talk • contribs) 04:45, 15 August 2008 (UTC)
If Sting and Russell Simmons don't count as notability I do not know what does? They are both featured on the album. It is a notable work as the first album to feature Sting, Russell Simmons, and Sky cries Mary on a single album. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Musiccritic18 (talk • contribs) 04:58, 15 August 2008 (UTC)
I have found another notable source for Lokah
www.Stingus.net. Here is another notable source in addition to the other source. I urge you to repost this article as it is of great significance in the world of music as one of the first bands to fuse kirtan and pop music. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Musiccritic18 (talk • contribs) 05:26, 15 August 2008 (UTC)
Also, I urge you to take a listen to their music at www.lokahmusic.com, the previous moderator did and in fact apologized for having to remove the listing because he was emotionally touched by the music as many fans have been. If you look back on the records the previous mediator stated that the listing could remain as long as i supplied simply 1 third party source... now many have been supplied. This is a disgrace to the band lokah and all of the fine and highly recognized super star artists who contributed to the work. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Musiccritic18 (talk • contribs) 05:31, 15 August 2008 (UTC)
- As the "moderator" who deleted it, I can assert that the above is certainly untrue. Haven't "apologized for being touched by the music" or anything like that. Wizardman 14:15, 15 August 2008 (UTC)

My addition to a page deleted
Hi there, A day or so ago I had added a addition to the page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_free_first-person_shooters.
The gamemaker (Joel Huenink) actually asked me if I could go there and add Gore: SE to the list so I went there and signed up and added Gore: Special Edition to the list. Not long after I added it someone by the name of Marasmusine deleted it with the reason of "rm gore; no article, no claim of notability, no independent references". I undid the delete and then you deleted it again not to long after. I just wanted to ask what is it that I did wrong? The game maker (Joel Huenink president of 4D Rulers) want's to get the word out about Gore: SE (about it being a new free game for people to download). And when he seen that page he thought it would be the perfect place to get the word out.
- Gore: Special Edition is a free game
- 4D Rulers is a legit game company
- Joel Huenink is the president of 4D Rulers
All the info I Posted on the game was indeed the truth and not some bs crap. I did have the Gore: SE name in the list with a link to the game makers website (so people could click on the name and find the website and download the game if the chose to. I'm wondering if that was breaking the rules? Right now Gore: SE does not have a "WIKI" page for it, although there is a WIKI page for Gore: The Ultimate Soldier (same game but a much older version). That page is here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gore:_Ultimate_Soldier
Anyway I was just wondering what I did wrong as I am new here at Wikipedia and again we just wanted to get the word out about Gore: SE and that page was the perfect place to add the information on it (as the page is for Free FPS games and Gore: SE is a Free FPS game).

Can you please reinstate my page on wikipedia?
I was the creator of the autobiographical entry entitled " Adam Stirling". I feel that I put in a significant amount of time and effort into creating this page, and am disappointed that you flagged it for speedy deletion. I would like to point out to you that my entry into wikipedia, while to an impartial observer may seem irrelevant, has notability in being autobiographical. I have read the guidelines as to what wikipedia is and is not, but I still feel that my own autobiographical information has notability, and preventing it from reaching others is an unnecessary restriction.
Please, I would be grateful for you to reinstate my wikipedia page.

Hi Gogo Dodo,
I have studied this author and his name is actually Andrew Douglas-Picken. I have contributed to this article yes, and gained much of the content from the reference that I put in the article that you referred to but the name in that is incorrect, and i tried to correct that on wikipedia. In hindsight this author is probably not notable enough for wikipedia. He was quite an obscure (and relatively unsuccessful) business person and writer in the 1800's... but was my first go at creating an article. Perhaps I should start with contributing to other articles on wikipedia and we should delete this Andrew_Douglas_Picken_(writer)... Ukliterary (talk) 05:58, 22 August 2008 (UTC)Ukliterary
Mary is forming a ministry through her music, her speaking and her writing. Several radio stations are playing her music and we're in the process of promoting her through Premier Christian Productions. She has a presence on maryelise.org, last.fm, shoutlife.com, myspace.com, facebook.com, unsigned.com and ilike.com. Further, she has listeners and supporters, from these aforementioned sites, all over the U.S. Could someone reconsider?

Could you please undelete systemwars.com. It is not an attack page. Consider it more of an inside joke. It is a fair representation of this website(systemwars.com) and since Gateman(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Gateman1997/Systemwars.com) won't let us modify his page (which is totally inaccurate BTW)it seems only fitting someone else should build one from the ground up. User:Winger84 is continually adding POV and advertisement tags to the Palin article without providing specifics as to how to improve the article. This has been reverted by numerous editors, myself included. I had to engage the editor on his talk page specifically, reminding him not to edit war and to assert specifics. While communicating with me, he carries on adding these tags. — Realist2 16:55, 29 August 2008 (UTC)

- And your point is? I have done nothing wrong. The article reads like an advertisement for Governor Palin taken directly from either her website or the Republican Party's... period. I don't appreciate being called an "edit warrior," considering that I have yet to cross the 3RR threshold. I am right up on it, but have not crossed it. I'm sorry that certain users appear to be Republicans and have an issue with their candidate's article being challenged, but my concerns are legitimate. --Winger84 (talk) 17:03, 29 August 2008 (UTC)
- Firstly Winger84 has expressed the opinion that it isn't neutral and/or is an advertisement. He has not provided any examples to back up his opinion and offers no examples that we can see to improve upon. His neutrality section on the talk page shows that consensus goes against him. — Realist2 17:10, 29 August 2008 (UTC)

Who's handling MG now?
After PMDrive's retirement, I've noticed that nobody else has decided to take his place to remove MG. I feel that unless someone is keeping a close eye on him, he'll just end up spawning more account hives and still performing edits when he shouldn't be. Any info on this? treelo radda 10:15, 1 September 2008 (UTC)
- Nobody was handling MG, per se, though PMDrive was certainly good at finding him. Other admins have blocked MG sockpuppets in the past. If you find some that need blocking, feel free to drop me a line and I'll block them. I've added his page to my watch list, but I don't monitor his usual targets, so I'm not likely to find his new accounts. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 23:33, 1 September 2008 (UTC)
- That's what I mean, he was pretty much the sole person trying to remove him for good even though nobody wants to take action as he's not a Grawp level of vandal. You can't simply keep playing Whack-A-Mole with his sockpuppets each time one pops up and I also reckon keeping a well updated list of his most recent accounts is good either, even he edits it! No, something does need to be done because regardless of if he's being malicious or even editing in good faith, he remains an issue and I'd like to see if those who have dealt with MG in the past can make some form of coordinated effort to get this guy community blocked. I know PMDrive tried very hard, even asking Jimbo and others higher up the food chain than the local admins here for some action and nothing has happened and makes a mockery of the anti-vandal system. treelo radda 10:22, 2 September 2008 (UTC)
- He's already been community banned, so it already is block on sight. Apparently whatever ISP he uses has a large IP pool and too many other active or potentially active editors to make a range block worthwhile without collateral damage. Unfortunately, beyond that, there isn't much more admins can do about that. Going to the Foundation, I would imagine he isn't a high priority compared to other more prolific and destructive vandals like Grawp. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 03:40, 3 September 2008 (UTC)
- Interesting, didn't know most of this before, RBI is the only thing available then? They are right, he's no Grawp and is merely an irritant to those who know his past behaviour but I'm thinking of a few other vandals similar to MG in having a large IP pool from which to vandalise and nothing can be done about them either. Hm, I'll keep the list upto date (which I reckon MG keeps as a nice trophy) but I only ever spot him when he strays into my watched articles so you might miss a few. treelo radda 09:27, 3 September 2008 (UTC)
- Yes, RBI is pretty much the only thing that can be done. I don't think he is actually the atypical trophy type of vandal even if he maintains his own list of accounts and will correct sockpuppetry tags. He's an unusual type of vandal and doesn't really seem to be in it for the "glory" like Grawp or others. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 23:54, 3 September 2008 (UTC)
Hi, MG. I got your e-mail and I'd like to thank you and Treelo for recognizing my efforts. I guess I misunderstood your message; I thought I was being linked with MG! :) Anyway, it was I who'd contacted his mom under my original "Lucky 6.9" username. An early sock was named after his mom's e-mail account and I took a chance on trying to make contact since he was becoming so prolific so quickly. She's the one who told me about him. I remember her telling me that she monitored his computer use and made sure that he stayed off of chat rooms and such so that no one could take advantage of him; I'm glad she doesn't view Wikipedia as a threat! I answered back, explaining the severity of his actions over here but I never heard from her again. That e-mail address was from Road Runner Cable in San Diego; another was an e-mail address for an account with Cox Cable, a major provider in San Diego. They even sponsor the sports arena at SDSU. I agree he's no Grawp. That lunacy is perpetuated by bored teenagers who stumble on the ED entry, come here and play copycat. Unless ED puts a stop to it (which they won't), the "whack-a-Hagger" will simply continue until they get tired of it. As for me, I kind of got tired of the game myself, started lashing out at those responsible and getting my own butt chewed out for a lack of civility. Anyway, thanks again for the recognition. It's hard to stay away, but I'm trying. :) Later. --188.8.131.52 (talk) 14:49, 22 September 2008 (UTC)

Request for uninvolved user in ArbCom case
- I would say that there isn't that much material to review, but I would really like the opinion of an uninvolved admin, as the way things are heading, most of the reviewing arbitrators are assuming bad faith in the case of the topic banned editor, calling him obsessive when it has been continuously made clear that he is not. Sarah Palin wheel war case request for evidence
Copying this to all admins who applied or extended protection on the Sarah Palin article.
To date there's been plenty of evidence pointing to discussions and otherwise offering commentary on the admin actions taken, but there's been little covering the circumstances prior to admin actions, namely the edits that the admins concerned based protection on. Newyorkbrad has put a question to the parties on this basis, but it seems to be only non-parties that have noticed that so far, so I'm putting this question to those involved directly.
Rootology has made a start here, and GRBerry has started drafting in his userspace. Ye might like to assist them in their efforts, or add a section of your own. This evidence will be vital in assisting the Committee's understanding of not only what happened and when, but why it happened. --bainer (talk) 14:01, 9 September 2008 (UTC)
Oxford Martial Arts Academy
Hi Gogo Dodo,
I'm writing with regards to the Oxford Martial Arts Academy. I think OMAA is significant in the following ways: - this is the first academy in Oxford offering a variety of martial arts training - OMAA has the ONLY professional ring in Oxford. I've been there myself and the ring is really something that Oxford needs. - OMAA's instructors have international standing - see Des Brackett and Luciano Pereira. - OMAA works closely with the community (Oxford Council and the Youth Justice Board, of which I am a member)to try to get kids off the streets and therefore reduce crime rates in Oxford - OMAA can best be described as a social enterprise, and this is the first time (to my knowledge; and I've been working in the industry for a very long time) that a martial arts academy concentrates alot of time and effort in community work. I do, however, really think you should keep the page up and not delete it.
Many thanks Gogo,

Just wondering why you deleted Strike the Choir's article. I, being a fan, believe they deserve their own article as they are as big as they are. They play regularly with bands such as Fear Before the March of Flames, and The Number Twelve Looks Like You. Their CD was recorded by Tyler Orr and Cody Bonnette (of As Cities Burn) and they're notable for their mathematical time signatures mixed with the screamo genre. What is not important about any of that?

Sorry if I accidentally got in your way posting to the talk page of the latest Lolcat vandal; I went in to undo the vandalism myself and must have just done it right after you, but I didn't notice the edit conflict so I went ahead and posted on the talk page before I noticed that you were already handling it. --Politizer (talk) 03:48, 22 September 2008 (UTC)
Weslaco East High School
Dear Gogo Dodo, thanks for deleting Aniinal droppings. Please delete Weslaco East High School. It's a nonsense. It is supposed to be a page about a high school, but it a mini-bio of Mr. Clinton. AdjustShift (talk) 04:49, 22 September 2008 (UTC)

Open "Lyle123" sock
Hey, GD. :)
Did a little more lurking last night and I found this: User:AirForceFeatureFilmmovie2009. Can you say, Lyle123? I reported it to AIV, but it was removed by another admin who suggested I take it to SSP. However, Lyle has had so many socks that I don't even know where to begin to number a new complaint. He's already been blocked for a similar username and while he hasn't edited via this account yet (I caught him before he could), it's still best to block this guy on sight due to the incredible amount of hoaxes he generates. See ya. You-know-who at --18.104.22.168 (talk) 14:47, 23 September 2008 (UTC)

Wanted to ask if it would be beneficial to the grand prix 4 community if they would see the external link to hotlaps.de We identisied that most owners of grnd prix 4 would like to compete in hot lapping competitions. hotlaps.de covers an esports discipline for this community. —Preceding unsigned comment added by HBeck (talk • contribs) 16:39, 24 September 2008 (UTC)
Hello Gogo Dodo!
I am a new user on wikipedia and just wanted to ask if my new page could be removed from the deletion list. My new page is Kaburst and i still have a lot i want to do with it. I think the reason it was considered is because it starts off like it should be in wiktionary. but yeah just give me some time to make it better.

I think grindcore would be a better genre for the band, for they meet the requirments of this so said genre. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Splintercellsz (talk • contribs) 05:09, 28 September 2008 (UTC)
It is hugely significant that she was the whistle blower of the follieri charade, stop deleting things that are absolutely true, why don't you go and get the Vanity Fair Article. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Hsimonson1 (talk • contribs) 01:01, 29 September 2008 (UTC)
I am going to complain to wiki about you. I have submitted information that is verifiable by The New York Times and Vanity Fair on Carmela Santucci and The Follieri Charade. If you can't find the information feel free to call the publications, but your deleting is ridiculous. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Hsimonson1 (talk • contribs) 01:08, 29 September 2008 (UTC)
Can you help me then, I am new to this. I don't know what you mean by explain why she is notable. She is the whistle blower basically. It's like why is Sherron Watkins important to Enron. That is who she is in this story. How is that not important? I don't know what specifically you are saying I should write? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Hsimonson1 (talk • contribs) 01:15, 29 September 2008 (UTC)
forget it, i don't care now, i'm not going to bother trying to contribute. my first attempt at participating was to edit someone else's entry and as i was doing it it was deleted. there are very credible authors who have written about her role in bringing justice to the Follieri fraud but instead of offering help my first attempt was met with a speedy deletion. So clearly there is no interest in contributors who aren't an administrator, it's an encyclopedia dictatorship apparently and you deem what the importance is. She is the whistle blower obviously and is even noted as such in the Yucaipa lawsuit against Follieri. It's all information readily available and easily verifiable. But I'm done, this is clearly a waste of anyones time. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Hsimonson1 (talk • contribs) 01:19, 29 September 2008 (UTC)
User Simonson1 did provide sources. What other details are necessary, please advise. She cited Vanity Fair and The New York Times, I googled both and they do indeed exist. I think you are mistaken in the speedy deletion. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Johnnytravolta (talk • contribs) 02:07, 29 September 2008 (UTC)
Burden of finding sources
In regards to a recent response you made, saying that it is the burden of the creator of the article to find sources on why it is notable, where did you get this? I ask because I recently had a discussion with another editor in regards to that specific line, but I didn't know what it fell under.— Dædαlus Contribs /Improve 01:22, 29 September 2008 (UTC)
