Hello, Recently few images has been flagged by you for not having permissions but an email with permissions to share has been forwarded to permissions-en@wikimedia.org already. So why still this has happened ?? is there anything missing ? That you have forwarded an email is not evidence of permission. This is added by the OTRS once they have received, examined and verified the permissions and are satisfied that it meets the required standards. The copyright section (when was that added to the website, out of interest?) does not clearly release the images under any license: it states that Dr Brar is the copyright holder and that users may use the images "as is" - this is not a formal release of copyright into the public domain nor is it a release under a free license acceptable by Wikipedia. Please stop removing the maintenance templates from the files until these conditions are met. On a further note, the copyright page has issues - it claims that "All media (Images/Videos/Images) at this website belong to Dr. Vipin Brar and Dr. Vipin Brar allows it to be used anywhere 'as such' without any modifications or editing" but the images clearly include screenshots and copies of news agency materials to which Dr Brar clearly has no claim of copyright. I have serious concerns that Dr Brar is neither the author nor the copyright holder of many of the images on that website. BlackberrySorbet 09:50, 21 September 2013 (UTC)
