Do not remove maintenance templates without good reason.

Please do not remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Prakash Meher, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. However, talk pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments, as you did at Talk:Kailash Chandra Meher, is considered bad practice, even if you meant well. Even making spelling and grammatical corrections in others' comments is generally frowned upon, as it tends to irritate the users whose comments you are correcting. Continuing to remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Kailash Chandra Meher, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, may be considered disruptive editing. Nomination of Prakash Meher for deletion
