The reason I declined the page was that the page had multiple issues with it. Firstly, it's so short that at best, it's a stub. Secondly, there aren't any reliable sources on the page to show how it's notable. The only source you provided just showed that it participated in the building of the tunnel and didn't show how their participation was notable. A reliable source would be something along the lines of a news article that talked about OC, a tv interview or news spot, or a book that discusses the company. Merely listing that there's a Japanese entry by the same name and saying that it needs to be translated isn't enough. (BTW, you can translate it yourself by using Google Translate and translating it through that. In fact, I actually added it for you. There wasn't much to add.) Even after translating, you still have to provide reliable sources per WP:RS. Also, please avoid using profanity when replying to a AfC decline.
